Mini Diamonds
AGES 7–8 · USASF LEVEL 1
- Two practices a week, learning routine structure and counts.
- Forward rolls, cartwheels, and round-offs as the tumbling base.
- Prep-level stunts only, always with a certified spotter.
- Three to four local competitions across the season.
